IceWarp Licensing Management

Purchase, Upgrade or Convert License

  • Version 9 to Version 10 License Conversion
  • Convert your current Version 9 License format to the Version 10 license format (Required if you are upgrading from Version 9 to Version 10 and have renewal days remaining).
  • Server License Activation
  • To register your production license from the IceWarp Server administration interface, you only need a working Internet connection and your Order ID at hand. If it fails because your server is protected with a firewall or not connected to network yet, select this option and download license.xml file for off-line registration.
  • Client License Management
  • To list, view details, allocate unused or reinstalled client licenses and track all current and past activations of IceWarp Outlook Connector or IceWarp Desktop Client, enter the management interface by providing your server license Order ID. Administrators can also access it directly from the Administration Console – Help – License – Manage License.. button.
  • Client License Activation
  • To register your IceWarp Outlook Connector or IceWarp Desktop Client you only need a working Internet connection and your Activation Key at hand. If it fails because your computer is protected with a firewall or not connected to the Internet, select this option and download license.xml file for off-line registration.
  • VisNetic License Conversion
  • To migrate from Deerfield's Vis­Netic Mail Server to IceWarp Unified Communications Server, you would first need to convert your VMS license to IceWarp version 10 compatible format here. You will be assigned a new Order ID to enter in the upgrade installer if your maintenance is current, if expired, you will need it to purchase the license update.
